MIAA tournament action continues this weekend. Citizens Scholarship Foundation Jazz Brunch coming up Sunday.

Today is Thursday, February 28th. Here are five things you need to know.

MIAA Tournament:  The Wakefield High School basketball team has a Division 2 quarterfinal game at home. against Lynn Classical this Saturday, March 2 at 4 p.m.

The Wakefield High School hockey team has a quarterfinal game against Winchester on Sunday, March 3 at 4:30 p.m. The game will be at Stoneham and the winner goes on to play either Arlington Catholic or Waltham.

Quannapowitt Players: The latest presentation at the Quannapowitt Playhouse in Reading is “Scotland Road.” . 

Jazz Brunch: This Sunday, March 3rd from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., the Citizens Scholarship Foundation of Wakefield holds its jazz brunch at the Bear Hill Golf Club in Stoneham. .
