Peter Sheridan: This Saturday, Dec. 15 at 10:30 a.m., the Beebe Library presents a holiday sing along with Peter Sheridan.  Wakefield residents can get tickets, which are required for the show, at the youth room desk at the library. Help Support Pet Adoptions: There’s still one more weekend to help support local pet adoption group PAWS just by getting your pet’s photo taken with Santa at the Danvers PetSmart on Route 114, near 128. .

Holiday Social: The Friends of Wakefield High School Boys Varsity Hockey Social is Saturday, Dec. 22 at the Westside Social Club. Tickets are $15. Click here for more information.

Save The Date: The Ace Bailey Children’s Foundation has announced that its Face Off For Ace Event will be held February 13, 2013 at the Royal Sonesta Hotel in Cambridge. Special guest this year is Hall of Famer Mark Messier. For more information, click here.

Christmas Gala: The Stacee L. Monkiewicz Foundation is holding its 2012 Christmas Gala on Saturday, Dec. 15 from 7 p.m. to midnight at the Sheraton Colonial. Entertainment provided by Boston-based cover band Spike The Punch.
