2.)    What to expect – legally and financially – during the divorce process

3.)    The five biggest mistakes people make in divorce and custody proceedings

These information-packed, two-hour seminars also will provide an overview of the divorce process in Massachusetts, while focusing on the crucial issues of child support and alimony, custody and parenting plans, property division and allocation of debt. Participants will receive a packet of worksheets, checklists and other valuable information – at no cost, and without obligation.

“We realize the divorce process can be confusing and frightening, especially for people who’ve never interacted with the courts before,” said Attorney Irwin Pollack, founder and president of the Massachusetts Family Law Group. “Our goal is to help explain the process in clear, simple terms so everyone understands the process – as well as what they need to do to prepare in order to achieve the best possible outcomes for themselves and their families.”

Each session will be led by Attorney Pollack, who is featured in the weekly radio broadcast “Co-Parenting After Divorce” on WBZ NewsRadio 1030, along with Managing Attorney David Callahan, who oversees the Massachusetts Family Law Group’s “brain trust” of more than 20 family law attorneys, paralegals and staff.

“Divorce Seminar 2014 will answer your questions, while also providing important tools and tips you need to inform, prepare and protect you as you move through the divorce process,” Pollack said.
