Local Realtor to Appear on 'House Hunters' Show

Marjorie Youngren, who sells real estate in Lynnfield, Wakefield and other nearby communities, will appear on episode expected to run November 27.

Local realtor Marjorie Youngren is going to appear on an episode of the HGTV show “House Hunters” next week.

Youngren and her clients Cedric and Elise Boudoya did some filming in Lynnfield last April for a segment entitled “Boston Area Couple Seeks Big House for Family of Five.”

According to an announcement from HGTV, Cedric and Elise are Lynnfield residents living with their children in a smaller home and looking to find something new.

“Each has some different requirements in a home. Elise prefers a large Colonial and Cedric, who is from France, is used to one level homes. He is also looking for a room to house his classic arcade games that Elise can’t stand.” Said an announcement from HGTV.

“We were beginning to think that the show would never air. I spoke to my clients last week and we joked that maybe we never really filmed it, it seemed like so long ago. When I received the email today from the production studio, I was stunned, nervous and excited,” said Youngren in the same announcement.

The show is expected to air nationally at 10 p.m. on November 27.
