Community Update
I have been participating in Sensei Louie's wonderful "Forever 49: Fit for Life Program" since August of 2012, after having been advised by my physician to begin a weight bearing exercise routine in order to manage hip pain due to osteopenia. The benefits from attending this class four mornings a week are immense. My energy level and overall health has improved greatly and I have made some good friends. We have a lot of fun! Louie's vast knowledge and tips on how to stay fit, his warmth and dedication, and his engaging personality are what keep folks coming back year-after-year. Give the Program a try! You will love it !
