Wakefield Hip Hop Artist's Song On New Movie Soundtrack

Wakefield hip-hop artist The President, aka Nick Kermelewicz, told Wakefield Patch this week that his song “We Ain’t Done Yet” will be on the soundtrack of an upcoming movie.

The movie, “Mark of the Dog Rose,” was written and produced by Woburn resident Shannon Carter, with a premier this Sunday at 3:30 p.m. at the Regent Theatre in Arlington. 

The song “We Ain’t Done Yet” is off the president’s “Self Employed EP” and also features Kally Riddinger. Looking ahead, the President will also release a new mixtape in November entitled “No Time for Breakfast.” The song can be heard at this link.
