All Aboard the Polar Express - Tickets Available in Wakefield October 22nd

Join the award-winning Wakefield High School Music and Drama students and experience the magic of The Polar Express Train Ride when it departs on December 18 from Anderson Station in Woburn to its North Pole destination.

The classic children's book by Chris Van Allsburg will come to life when the train pulls out of the station with your family on board. On this magical journey, travelers will enjoy chocolate milk and cookies while watching a unique reenactment of the storyline of The Polar Express. There will be caroling and entertainment on board the train culminating with a visit from Santa Claus. It is a ride that will leave everyone believing in the spirit and magic of Christmas.

A box office for the Polar Express Train Ride tickets will take place at The First Congregational Church at One Church Street, Wakefield. It will be open on the following Saturdays from 10:00-12:00: October 22, and November 15. The Wakefield Music Boosters wants to sincerely thank the Church for its continuing generosity. The box office will also be present on Friday, November 18 in the evening at the St. Joseph's School Fair.

The Polar Express Train Ride will take place on Sunday, December 18, 2011. All tickets to this event are $25 each. All children over the age of one need a ticket. There will be four rides. The times are: 12:00 noon, 2:00, 4:00, and 6:00. This popular event sells out quickly, so be certain to purchase your tickets early.
