YMCA of Metro North Gymnastics Center Summer Session Registration Is Open

SAUGUS, MA-   This summer the YMCA of Metro North invites children and teens of all ages to focus on healthy living with gymnastics and tumbling programs that are challenging, fun, and engaging.  Health experts agree that participating in activities with physical, social, and mental benefits are an important part of a healthy lifestyle so the YMCA of Metro North is encouraging families to get active and stay active with classes in the Summer Session.

Preschool gymnastics classes for ages 2 to 5 years old are a perfect way to build gross motor skills and coordination in a fun environment. The preschool gymnastics program will introduce little ones to the sport of gymnastics through games, songs and structured play on vault, bars, beam, and floor.

Youth Gymnastics programs are offered for both boys (4-10 years) and girls (5-13 years). Youth gymnastics classes introduce basic gymnastics skills with a focus on strength and flexibility.  Children will also learn how to work well with others and improve their self-confidence while having fun.
