Outdoor Qi-Gong at the lake

Summer is the perfect time for Qi-Gong!
Qi-Gong is a powerful system of healing and energy medicine from China. It includes breathing techniques, gentle movements, stretching and meditation to cleanse, strengthen, and circulate the life energy (qi - "chee"). Qi-Gong practice leads to better health and vitality and a tranquil state of mind.

Every class will start with a short meditation walk at 7:00am.

You can do the walk barefoot or in shoes, and the same applies to the Qi-Gong practice.
