Master Trainer/Master Chef and Fitness Design Consultant Don Doward speaks at Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger Fitness Festival

(Columbus, Ohio) – Don Doward, a Fitness and Meal Design Consultant, and owner of New England Fitness Design in Lynnfield, was among seven experts that served on a panel at the Arnold Schwarzenegger Fitness Festival held recently in Columbus, Ohio. The festival is the largest fitness expo of its kind in the United States, attracting more than 120,000 people and 800 exhibitors to the annual event.

Doward’s panel presentation, which immediately preceded the keynote address by Governor Schwarzenegger, focused on innovations in client motivation, nutritional design, anti-aging and community education.

The Arnold Schwarzenegger Fitness Festival was created 22 years ago by Fitness Innovator Dr. Jack Barnathan, Governor Schwarzenegger and the International Chiropractors Association Council on Fitness & Sports Health Sciences as an educational program for doctors and elite Fitness Professionals. Workshops are led by some of the world’s most renowned fitness experts, and the keynote address is given each year by Governor Schwarzenegger.
