Quilt Raffle and a New Mexico Talk on the Events Calendar

Coming up on Monday, December 2 at 7 p.m. – “Traveling Librarian” Jeff Klapes will give a talk on southern New Mexico. Reserve a seat at this link.

Speaking of the library, the Friends of the Beebe Library are raffling off a quilt during the upcoming Holiday Stroll on Dec. 7. Tickets are available at the library reference desk and at Quilters Common on 364 Main Street. Learn more here.

Historian and author Anthony Sammarco will discuss his new book “The History of Howard Johnson’s: How a Massachusetts Soda Fountain Became a Roadside Icon” on Tuesday, Nov. 19 at 7:30 p.m. at the Old Meeting House (617 Main Street).
