 it's not 1912. It's the 1990s. The rescue is not a miracle to be celebra
 ted but a puzzle to be solved. So begins Scotland Road\,&nbsp\; which ru
 ns March 1 through 16 at Quannapowitt Playhouse. As her interrogator pre
 sses the woman for answers\, this suspenseful mystery by Jeffrey Hatcher
