DESCRIPTION:Reading Community Singers Begins rehearsals for May Concert\n
 &nbsp\;\nRCS will begin rehearsals for our 93rd spring concert on Tuesda
 y evening\, January 8\, 2013.&nbsp\;&nbsp\; Registration begins at 6:45p
 m followed by rehearsal from 7:30 to 9:30 at the Old South United Method
 ist Church\, 6 Salem Street (corner of Rte 28 and Rte 129) in Reading.&n
 bsp\; January rehearsals are open to all\, with no commitment until the 
 Member Appreciation night at the end of the month.&nbsp\; Come try us ou
 t! \n&nbsp\;\nThis year&rsquo\;s spring concert will take place on Satur
 day evening\, May 4 at 7:30 PM.&nbsp\; Come join the 60+ member Reading 
 Community Singers\, directed by Beth Mosier and accompanied by Joe Benin
 ati. On the Road with RCS is a great way to welcome springtime!\n&nbsp\;
 \nRCS is a multi-generation community chorus with over 60 members from R
 eading\, Wakefield\, Lynnfield\, Stoneham\, Wilmington\, Woburn\, Burlin
 gton\, Medford and Melrose.&nbsp\; We have members with years of experie
 nce and members who haven&rsquo\;t sung a note in years.&nbsp\; All inte
 rested singers who can match pitch and carry a tune are welcome to join 
 us.&nbsp\; All voice parts are needed. \n&nbsp\;\nIn past years\, RCS pa
 rticipated in the 911 Remembrance\, the Tree-lighting celebration\, Read
 ing Street Faire and Martin Luther King Day breakfast.&nbsp\; We have al
 so performed the National Anthem for the Lowell Spinners and NE Revoluti
 on.&nbsp\; This year\, we are planning a New York City concert weekend i
 n late June where we are scheduled to perform at the Church of St. John 
 the Divine\, as well as the Statue of Liberty\, and/or Central Park. &nb
