  tragedy can inform our local and regional efforts to protect watershed 
 resources in a changing climate.&nbsp\; This event is geared toward muni
 cipal officials\, conservation commission members\, community leaders\, 
 town planners\, residents\, environmental groups\, and anyone involved w
 ith protecting coastal or watershed resources.&nbsp\; Participants will 
 have a chance to&nbsp\;hear&nbsp\;from expert panelists and provide valu
