Jacki's Aerobic Dancing is the Original Fitness Program and incorporates Warmup, Floorwork, Vertifirm (Weights) and Dancing - so it is an all around Fitness Program.
I have been teaching for 30 years now and it gives the benefit of Fitness and Fun to me and my students. It is Choreographed by Jacki Sorensen and each session changes four times a year so you are always learning something new..
