The Friends of WHS Boys Varsity Hockey Holiday Social will be hosting a holiday social at the West Side Social Club on Saturday Dec 22, 2012 from 7PM to Midnight. There will be a DJ, dancing, appitizers, prizes, raffles and a cash bar. We will also be drawing the luck winner of our 50/50 cash drawing. Tickets for the Holiday Social are $15.00 per person. More About Westside Social Club
This social club was started by Wakefield locals way back in 1936 just looking for something to do. Today it is a charitable organization committed to perpetuating patriotism and local activism while maintaining a social and fun environment. The July 4th celebrations are legendary. The club is set up in a large building right next to a park with a huge parking lot and a towering American flag. Check the website for the most up to date event schedule.
