The Wakefield school of Oom Yung Doe is pleased to announce an Open House event & free Tai Chi seminar.
Tai Chi Chung develops inner strength, mental calmness, physical well-being, and overall health. This free seminar will teach powerful Tai Chi movements at a beginning level, geared towards stress relief, building the energy of the body, and improving physical and mental health.
