Rev. Maddie Sifantus will lead a Five Wishes workshop on Wednesday, March 6 at 7:15 PM on the Stage of the Social. Five Wishes is an end-of-life planning document which gives adults of all ages the opportunity to consider quality of life questions through aging and the end of life. It is a valuable and kind gift to your loved ones. The Five Wishes document will be provided. For more information: minister@wakefielduu.org or leave a message at 781-245-4632. Sign up sheet in Social Hall or let Rev. Maddie know you are attending so that there will be enough materials. Open to members and friends of the congregation and the larger community. $5 donation for document.

More About Unitarian Universalist Church of Wakefield
The Unitarian Universalist Church of Wakefield opens each year on the Sunday after Labor Day, welcoming people of all religious backgrounds. The church building itself, located in the center of town facing the town common, was built in 1813 and serves as the town's oldest still-standing building. The church and its members are active in the community both by participating in food drives and volunteerism.
