If you have been curious about Pilates, this class is a great way to get started. No matter what shape you are in you will get a workout at your fitness level.

Complete Body by Connie is a Pilates mat exercise program directed by certified instructor Connie Lafond. She teaches Pilates mat on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:15pm, on Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Saturdays at 9:30am & Tuesdays & Thursdays at 4:30pm. Her classes specialize in Pilates for beginners to advanced. Class sizes are always small (limited to 5) and in-advance registration is required to get into a class.
