On October 20th at 7:00PM, Wakefield Repertory Theatre will hold auditions for its cabaret fundraising production of "Winter On Broadway". Auditions will be held at will be held at Wakefield-Lynnfield United Church, 273 Vernon Street, Wakefield. We are looking for adults and children age 7 and older who enjoy singing on stage.
Adults should prepare 16 - 32 bars of an uptempo and ballad that shows vocal range, head voice & belt. You will be asked to sight read and harmonize. Children under 16 need not prepare the above stated audition material; a group number will be taught. Rehearsals will be held on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings beginning October 25th with performances on December 2nd, 3rd and 4th. Children will not be required at all rehearsals.

The Wakefield/Lynnfield United Methodist Church is located on the North side of Wakefield near the Wakefield/Lynnfield border. The church offers weekly worship at 10:30am, a weekly choir practice and monthly prayer meetings. The church also provides infant and toddler care during weekly services and Christian education classes for school-age children and adults. It is also home to the Golden Rule Pre-school.
