I have a great home in a great neighborhood that hasn't really gotten a lot of action. Wondering if I should have used a Wakefield Broker. Never saw it on Patch, they do not use it. Before I put it up for sale I had people knocking at the door and asking if I was thinking of selling. I am in an area with 2 brand new schools. My home is definitely not over priced according to studies done by Kim.
