Town Meeting: It’s town meeting night in Wakefield., Galvin Middle School at 7:30 p.m. The full text of the warrant articles can be downloaded on the town website.
Atlantis Health And Wellness Open House: Today from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., stop by the Atlantis Health and Wellness open house at 7 Kimball Lane Building D, Lynnfield, with a Wakefield Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting scheduled for 5:30 p.m. Meet Dr. Peter Martone, try some superfoods, and check out the winning entries from the Healthy Lives Kids Artwork contest. Flu Shot Clinic: The Wakefield Health Department is holding a flu shot clinic today from 2 to 3 p.m. in the first floor conference room at town hall. Vaccine is free for those 18+ with the following insurances: Tufts, Harvard Pilgrim, Blue Cross of Massachusetts, Unicare, Fallon, Health New England, Neighborhood Health Plan, BMC Healthnet, MassHealth and Medicare Part B. The vaccine is $10 for those without one of the accepted insurances.
Sing-A-Long With Peter Sheridan: The Beebe Library hosts a sing along with Peter Sheridan, geared toward children 5 and under, on Saturday Nov. 17 at 10:30 a.m. However, free tickets are required for this event. Wakefield residents can get them at the library’s youth services desk. Non-town residents can pick them up the day of the concer. Call 781-246-6334, x3 with questions.
