Wakefield Snow Emergency Starts 2 p.m. Friday
Snow emergency in place from 2 p.m. Friday until 7 p.m. Saturday. Vehicles parked on town roads will be towed.
The town of Wakefield has called a snow emergency starting at 2 p.m. Friday and running until 7 p.m. Saturday.
Around 4:30 p.m., the Wakefield School District announced there would be no classes on Friday.
The announcement noted that cars left parked on town roadways during this period will be towed and ticketed.
