Wakefield's New Restaurant, Laurie's 9:09, Has Open House This Weekend

New restaurant at 33 Tuttle Street offering diners a taste of its specialties on Saturday and Sunday.

 

This weekend, Wakefield’s newest restaurant, Laurie’s 9:09, celebrates its grand opening with an open house on Saturday, Nov. 3 from 5 to 8 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 4 from 4 to 7 p.m.

The restaurant, located at 33 Tuttle Street (near the train station) will feature stations for patrons to try a wide variety of dishes, from clam chowder and lobster sliders to rack of lamb, roasted tenderloin and, oysters on the half shell, and the Laurie’s 9:09 Crabcake, among other dishes, all of which can be sampled for $24.99.

Following the open houses, the restaurant will begin serving its regular menu Tuesday through Saturday from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. and Sundays from noon until midnight.
