This week's edition of Patch's "Best of Reader's Choice" Awards will be given to the best place to buy flowers, as voted by you, the readers.
Flowers are so much more than just a pretty, nice-smelling addition to your dining room table. They can commemorate a special memory, event, or time in your life - or, just let someone know you love them.

Melinda creates beautiful arrangements and welcomes the chance to do something out of the ordinary. She's incorporated personal items I've brought in, to make something unique for a special person. I try to give her enough time to work her magic!

I would be completely lost without Flowers by Melinda! You can always count on Melinda for whatever occasion comes up. Lately I have been taking advantage of her creative and delicious fruit and gourmet baskets. I sometimes even bring in items to add such as bottles of wine, lottery tickets, gift certificates, etc. She makes it looks like a work of art and then delivers it for me. I have had many events at my home and in other places and Melinda comes up with unique floral arrangements. One time I was having a party at my house in the fall and she did a gorgeous arrangement in a pumpkin. Another party occasion was a going away party for my husband who was going to Iraq. Melinda came up with a very appropriate floral arrangement with sand and flags. At Christmas time my brother who owns Capone Landscape has Melinda send out pointsettias, boxwood trees and fruit/gourmet baskets to some of his customers as a thank you. Hands down my family and I would not shop anywhere else!

Melinda's flowers are always beautiful! She always take the time to create a wonderful arrangement, weather a simple bouquet for my daughter's recital or centerpiece for my holiday table, I am always so happy with the design and the quality of the flowers!!!

I work at a hair salon in Wakefield, and Melinda 's flowers arrangement are often in the shop!!!.All our loved ones that sand flowers use Melinda's,first of all,she is very talented on what she does,secondly they last for a long time ....
