Vandals Hit Two Cars With Pumpkins

Information provided by Wakefield Police. Where arrests are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

 

Wakefield Police responded to these and other calls for service on Wednesday, Oct. 10.
At 8:50 a.m., police were informed that a pumpkin was thrown through the back window of a car on Oak Avenue.
At 10:55 a.m., police took a check fraud report.
At 11:34 a.m., a pumpkin was reported smashed on a car on Davey Lane.
At 12:16 p.m., an individual walked in to request advice about dealing with a neighbor who always slams his door.
At 3:05 p.m., a Nahan Street resident reported a youth in a red station wagon drove on her lawn.
At 4:06 p.m., a caller reported that her 15 year old son had come across two unattended young children on Water Street near Rosemary Ave. Officers brought them to the station and their mother arrived to pick them. The matter was considered resolved.
