Patch blogger Dorothea Cassady received notice that the puppy went missing Thursday. He was last seen near the intersection of Richardson and Main streets. At a scant 14 pounds, this little guy isn't well equipped to be on his own.

Wakefield Unemployment Numbers Continue to Improve

Wakefield's rate dropped a tenth of a percentage point, from 4.8 to 4.7 percent. That's well below the state's unemployment rate.

Police responded to a Rochelle Drive residence after a motorist lost control of her Subaru Forester and crashed into the side of a house at about 7 a.m. Tuesday.

A Wakefield man was arrested and charged with carrying an open container after he reportedly urinated in a bush on Lincoln Street.
