Things to Know: No Crime on Whittier Road, Origami Class at Silver Clay

Here are a few things worth knowing on Thursday, July 12, 2012:

Weather: Today will be mostly sunny with a high near 86 degrees, according to the National Weather Service. 

Elections: You can now sign up in advance for Friday's live chat with Massachusetts U.S. Senate candidate Elizabeth Warren. Please join us this Friday, July 13, from 1:15 p.m. to 2 p.m. to ask Warren a question. Follow this link to get an email reminder 15 minutes before the chat starts tomorrow. 

Crime: In case you missed it yesterday, Wakefield Police determined yesterday that there had been no home invasion on Whittier Road on Tuesday morning and the victim's stab wounds had been self inflicted. Read more on the story here.
