Then And Now Photo Challenge: Mystery House
Twice a month, Wakefield Patch will run a contest on the site to see if you can guess where a historical building existed. So what's your best guess?
Where in Wakefield was this building? The first reader who can a) correctly identify the building or b) give the address of where it is now will win an awesome Patch water bottle or tote bag! (Your choice).
Leave your guess in the comments section! First correct answer wins the Patch prize.

Okay, Andy: the house is no longer there. It's been replaced by 80's style condominiums.

Here is another hint... What I liked most about the photo were the barn and the animals behind the house-- very unusual for an almost downtown location. Guess the street!

Oh, it's an excellent one...I'm going to guess on Chestnut Street, on the left, a few houses before North Ave, where there is a condo building now.

That was SUCH a hard one. Now here's the embarrassing part...I used to deliver newspapers to THAT house before they tore it down! LOL! Thanks Nancy, that was the best one yet. Keep on giving us the difficult ones.
