Stolen Fog Lights, Hit and Run Reported Monday

Wakefield Police responded to these and other calls for service on Monday, March 4th, 2013.
At 8:15 a.m. a woman on Gould Street reported a hit and run accident.
At 10:08 a.m. police were informed of some fog lights stolen on Water Street.
At 10:37 a.m. the K9 unit found a marijuana roach in a car on Montrose Ave. It was disposed of.
At 3 p.m. an unwanted party was reported on Lafayette Street.
At 3:33 p.m. a caller reported a black Nissan was in the Mapleway Playground parking lot doing “donuts.” The vehicle was gone on arrival.
At 3:47 p.m. an individual turned in a wallet found on Union Street.
At 5:08 p.m. police arrested a 16-year-old juvenile for two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and two counts of assault and battery. A staff member on Lafayette Street called to report that three clients were involved in an altercation. The staff member reported a head injury and a total of three people were transported to a local hospital.
At 10:34 p.m. police were informed of an elderly man near Lowell Street and Heritage Lane attempting to change a tire with no lights on. An officer provided assistance at the scene and a towing company was notified.
