Catch the funk is amazing!

We had great time taking dance classes at Catch the Funk! It is a wonderful activity for our girls at age 6 and 8. We have been with the Catch he Funk since they are 4 and 6 and each day I see them learning how to keep a rhythm, learning to dance accordingly and be more interested in dance and music. On top of these wonderful skills they get a good work out especially hip hop classes, work towards a goal and be a responsible member if the community thanks to wonderful charity work Sharon and her sisters.

Catch the Funk is the best! My daughter has been going for 3 years and the owner is so wonderful with the kids!

My daughter loves dancing at Catch the Funk and I give all the credit to Ms Sharon and her wonderful staff!!! Ms Sharon creates a fun learning environment while instilling confidence in all her dancers! One of my daughter's favorite events was dancing at the Celtics with the Dance Team...and looks forward to the upcoming dance event at the Italian Festival!

Catch the FUNk is one of the best places in Wakefield for dance. The teachers are great!! The owner Sharon Wyatt takes time to learn about her students and their parents. She is such a wonderful person to know! Her ability to listen, understand, and tweak classes to meet the needs of her students is amazing. I would recommend this studio to anyone who has kids that want to learn to LOVE dance! I have 2 girls who have taken at the studio for 3 years and I can truly say that they LOVE going to dance and enjoy all aspects of their classes. In addition, the dance rehearsals and recitals are nicely done and are kept to about an hour in length. Her prices are VERY reasonable (especially when you have multiple children) and her ability to give back to not only her students, but the community as well makes this an AWESOME choice for dance lessons!!! :) Catch the FUNk is #1 in my eyes!!

Catch the funk, is warm & welcoming. They do their recital with a normal routine & no bs like other studios. It is just kids no teachers dancing really who wants to see that!
