Photos: School Committee and Board of Selectmen Candidates Debate the Issues

Candidates for School Board and Board of Selectmen debated at the Galvin Middle School on Monday night. The debate was produced by Wakefield Community Access Television and can be viewed on the WCAT Government channel.

Debate moderator Bill Caroll directed questions and held each candidate to their allotted timeframe. Candidates were given two minutes for a response, and one minute to respond to each other's responses.

On Monday night, the three candidates for the Board of Selectmen and the three candidates for the School Committee participated in a debate produced by Wakefield Community Access Television at the Galvin Middle School.

In the School Committee race, incumbent Chris Callanan is challenged by Anne Danehy and Gregory Powers for two open positions.

In the Board of Selectmen's race, incumbents Betsy Sheeran and Patrick Glynn are challenged by Richard Wood for two open positions.
