PHOTOS: Greenwood Students Parade for Books

In the culmination of this year's AuthorFest at the Greenwood Elementary School, students donned costumes of their favorite characters.

AuthorFest at Greenwood Elementary School was held from February 13 to 17th. Students heard from guest authors, created various projects related to books and reading, and culminated the celebration with a book character parade. Credit Sara Jacobi

First and second grade students paraded in front of supportive classmates and parents during the Greenwood Elementary School's character parade on Friday, February 17.

The parade is an annual tradition of the Greenwood School's AuthorFest, a celebration of books, reading, and learning at the elementary school.
