Monday Calls Include A Fall, Possible Fraud And Some Accidents

Wakefield Police responded to these and other calls for service on December 3, 2012.
At 9:39 a.m. a Main Street business reported a problem with a female customer who apparently slipped. She did not request medical attention and was sent on her way.
At 9:56 a.m., police took a report involving possible fraud.
At 10 a.m., an accident was reported at Elm Street and Prospect Street.
At 12:26 p.m., police took a call from a Main Street business owner about an unwanted individual.
At 2:04 p.m., Wakefield was informed by Reading Police of youths reportedly throwing rocks from a bridge on Hopkins Street. They were gone on arrival.
At 3:05 p.m., an accident was reported on North Ave.
At 4:01 p.m., a minor accident was reported on Water Street.
At 5:02 p.m., police spoke with the owners of some vehicles parked on town-owned land on Water Street.
At 5:06 p.m., a possible attempted break-in was reported on Overlook Road.
At 1:28 a.m. on Tuesday morning, a vehicle door was reportedly found open on Main Street. All was otherwise in order and police suspected it was oversight by the owner.
