Town Business: The Wakefield School Committee meets tonight at 7 p.m. at the Wakefield Cable Access TV studio.
Galvin Student/Faculty Basketball Game: This evening from 6 to 7:30 p.m., it’s the 8th annual Galvin Student/Faculty Basketball Game at the Wakefield High School Fieldhouse. The Galvin Faculty Golden Eagles take on the student Galvin Globetrotters. The doors open at 5:30 p.m. and admission is $3 for students and $4 for adults. Please bring along a canned/nonperishable good to donate to the Wakefield Interfaith Food Pantry as well.
Blood Drive: The Red Cross has announced its next blood drive in the local area will be Monday, April 15th from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Wakefield/Lynnfield United Methodist Church on 273 Vernon Street, Wakefield.
Kids’ Sing-A-Long: The next Peter Sheridan Sing-Along for Children at the Beebe Library is Saturday, March 16th at 10:30 a.m. Click here for more information.
