The Wakefield Parent Partnership's Lecture Series presents Dr. Jeff Prince of the Center for Mindfulness Stress Reduction, noted child psychiatrist and stress reduction specialist trained by Jon Cabot Zinn in mindfulness stress reduction.

Dr. Prince will help parents identify signs of stress and will provide practical tips and tools on how to help yourself and your child better manage stress.

The lecture will take place tonight in the Galvin Middle School Library from 7:30 until 9 p.m.

Tickets will be sold at the door for $8. This lecture is the first in a three-part series.
