I spotted this character the other day somewhere in Wakefield, and there's a pretty good chance that more than one of you have walked past him recently. It is officially called 'Main Street Shoe Repair, 399 Main St.

I think his name is Chucky. He's on Main st. And his twin brother is at the cobbler on Albion st.
