Wakefield Police responded to these and other calls for service between Friday, Nov. 16 and Sunday, Nov. 18, 2012.

On Friday, Nov. 16 at 2:12 p.m., police checked on a report of a man and woman having a verbal argument in a car.
At  2:15 p.m., police took a walk-in report involving a dispute over a house transaction.
At 4:02 p.m., a Kendrick Road resident reported that some youths cutting through his yard had mouthed off when he asked them to leave. They were gone on arrival.
At 7:36 p.m., police were informed that a ’99 gray Pontiac Grand Am was stolen in front of a house on North Ave. The keys had apparently been left in the vehicle.
At 8:19 p.m., police took a report of a minor road rage incident where a motorist would not let another motorist pass on Columbia Road.

On Saturday, Nov. 17 at 1:14 p.m., a caller reported seeing a vehicle strike a tree, after which the occupants got out, got into a second vehicle, and left.
At 2:58 p.m., an accident was reported on the 129 Rotary.
At 3:57 p.m., a citizen reported finding a mountain bike in the woods near Maple Way. It was brought to the station.
At 4:22 p.m., police took a report of credit card fraud.
At 7:52 p.m., police arrested Christopher R. Baez, 23, 38 Mt. Pleasant Ave., Wakefield, for operating with a revoked/suspended license, OUI Liquor, and Possession of a Class B Drug.
At 10:47 p.m., police took a report  from a motorist of a hit and run accident near Melrose Ave.

On Sunday, Nov. 18 At 11:32 a.m. an accident was reported at Main Street and Water Street with no injuries.
At 2:40 p.m., a suspicious man with a beard and a blue jacket was reported on Griffen Drive. He was gone on arrival.
At 8:14 p.m., police took a report involving a disturbance on Main Street.
At 8:55 p.m., a white Nissan SUV reportedly struck a light pole and left the area. The vehicle was traced to a Stoneham residence where nobody answered the door for police from the town. The matter was under investigation.
At 9:03 p.m., police arrested Robert T. McGunigle, 45, 318 Water Street, Wakefield, for operating with a suspended license and speeding.
At 9:51 p.m., police issued a summons to a 17 year old resident of Lincoln, Mass. For violating an abuse prevention order.
